摘要
以Google Earth为时空数据可视化部件,结合Web Service、GPS定位、GPRS无线通信等技术,设计并实现天然气管道巡检监控系统,可准实时展示巡线员位置并与之短信互动,另包含任意时段巡检轨迹回放、巡检行为自动报警、违章事件报告与处理等功能,相较于传统和现代常用巡检监控系统,具有动态可视化、遥感影像底图更新快、软件实施成本低等特点,经过现场部署测试,达到了对巡线员有效监控与管理的目的。
Combined with Web Service,GPS positioning,GPRS wireless communications and other technologies,a natural gas pipeline inspection monitoring system is designed and implemented with Google Earth as a spatial and temporal data visualization component,the system can be quasi-real-time display patrol position and SMS interaction,and the functions of replaying the patrol track at any time,automatic alarm on patrol behavior,reporting and handing of illegal events are also included in the system. Compared with the traditional and modern inspection monitoring system,it has the functions of dynamic visualization,fast update of remote sensing images base map and low software implementation cost. After field deployment test,the purpose of effective monitoring and management of the inspectors is achieved.
