中医穴位贴敷护理技术干预中风患者便秘的疗效观察

目的观察中医护理干预中风患者便秘的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照方法将63例中风便秘患者随机分为两组,对照组30例采取普通常规护理,观察组33例在常规护理基础上根据中医辨证加用穴位贴敷的方法进行干预,观察两组7 d内排便情况,判定疗效。结果观察组显效21例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率97.0%。对照组显效17例,有效7例,无效6例,总有效率80%。两组疗效比较,观察组疗效好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医穴位贴敷护理技术干预中风患者便秘有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of TCM nursing intervention on constipation of stroke patients.Methods Sixty-three patients with stroke constipation were randomly divided into two groups. the control group（ 30 cases） received routine nursing. the observation group（ 33 cases） received intervention according to TCM syndrome differentiation and acupoint application on the basis of routine nursing.the defecation of the two groups was observed within 7 days,and the curative effect was determined.Results The observation group was effective in 21 cases,effective in 10 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,the total effective rate was 97.0 %.The control group was effective in 17 cases,effective in 7 cases,ineffective in 6 cases,the total effective rate was 80 %.The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application nursing technology has a good clinical effect on stroke patients with constipation.
