摘要
基于相似原理,采用模型试验和数值模拟方法对贵阳轨道交通1号线地铁隧道某区间围岩力学性质进行研究。经过系统分析和系列试验,设计并制作了试验模型箱和调配出模型材料的配合比。试验采用电钻模拟掘进机并模拟不同埋深条件下的隧道全断面开挖过程,观察隧道围岩应力变化规律和围岩体变形破坏情况;采用有限差分软件FLAC3D建立隧道模型,分析和观察隧道围岩变形、围岩应力及围岩塑性区的基本情况和变化规律。研究表明,模型试验开挖过程受电钻和围岩体坍落影响较大,出现应力曲线交叉现象,与数值分析结果比较规律不明显,但总体符合一般规律性。
Based on the similarity principle,the mechanical properties of a section of Guiyang metro line No. 1 subway tunnel are studied by model test and numerical method. By systematic analysis and series of experiments,the mix proportion of the test model box and the model material was designed and made.Model test process mainly adopted electric drill simulation of roadheader to full section excavation process of tunnel under the condition of different depth,to observe the surrounding rock deformation and failure regularity. The tunnel model was established by finite difference software FALC3D,to analyze and observe the deformation of tunnel surrounding rock,the surrounding rock stress and the basic situation and change plastic zone. The research showed,the model test excavation process was affected by electric drill and surrounding rock collapse,appearing stress curve crossing phenomenon,which compared with numerical analysis,the law was not obvious,but basically accord with general rules.
