摘要 由于应急处理措施不当,某结构地下室上浮拱起事故的处理延后至枯水期。针对于此,介绍了一种新颖的"筛孔排水减压"方法。该方法通过在原有底板上大面积开孔,在底板新做面层内架设排水管,将地下水导流到底板的排水沟、集水井;在原有底板开槽设盲沟,使原底板的积水自流到底板的排水结构;室外盲沟通过重力自流排水到城市管网系统,降水井作为强降雨时的预留抽排水使用。详细分析了事故发生的原因,通过计算软件复核和现场破坏情况阐述了该方法使用的缘由,着重探讨了本方案在施工过程中的具体做法,实施后结构抗浮效果良好,为在枯水期处理地下室抗浮事故提供了一种方法。 Due to improper emergency treatment measures,the floating problem in a structural basement was postponed to dry season. In view of this, this paper introduced a novel "sieve drainage decompression"method. The method is implemented by opening hole on the original floor plate and setting drainage pipe in the surface of the new floor,with which the groundwater is diverted to the drainage ditch and the water collection well of the floor. The outdoor blind ditch is drained by gravity to the urban pipe network system and the precipitation well,which is prepared for drainage during the heavy rainfall season. This paper analyzes the cause of the accident in detail,and elaborates the reasons of using the method with calculating the software review and site actual destruction,as well as discusses the specific practices of the scheme in the construction process. After the implementation,the anti-floating effect of the structure is good,which provides a way to deal with anti-floating accidents in the basement during the dry season.
