摘要
某工程煤筒仓顶盖为现浇钢筋混凝土梁板结构,由1根环梁、4根横向主梁及次梁组成。顶盖施工中存在支模高度大以及梁跨度超长、截面大等难题。为保证安全施工同时兼顾经济可行,实施大梁分层叠浇的施工方案,同时,采用钢管扣件式桁架加支撑形式的支模架方案,并对其进行详细的计算分析。
The large-scale coal silo covering in this engineering is RC beam-slab structure consisting of one ring beam,four transverse girders and some secondary beams. There are several practical difficulties in the construction of the silo covering,such as high form-supporting scaffold,large span girder and heavy section of girder. To ensure construction safety and economically feasibility,the composite cast construction for beam was adopted and the scaffold project of fastener-style steel pipe truss plus support was adopted. The form-supporting scaffold structure was designed and calculated to guarantee safety.
