摘要 骨髓单个核细胞(bone marrow mononuclear cells,BMMNCs)是一群混合细胞,它们密度相近,因此可通过密度梯度离心法从骨髓液中分离出来。BMMNCs中绝大多数是早幼粒细胞、早幼红细胞、成熟B细胞、T细胞和单核细胞等,还有少量的干细胞,包括间充质干细胞、造血干细胞和内皮祖细胞等。 Bone marrow mononuclear cells(BMMNCs)are a group of mixed cells,together with the cytokines secreted,they formed a complex immune micro environment in bone marrow.The chronic inflammatory activity in bone marrow may induce the initial myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS)clonal mutation,then to be the consequences of complex mechanisms,the components and functional status of BMMNCs would have changed to impair the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells(HSPCs),and can also cause immune surveillance failure which may lead to progression to acute myeloid leukemia.Thus,through analyzing the components of BMMNCs in patients with MDS may provide new prognostic indicators,or even new diagnostic stratification criteria.In the meantime,with the further understanding of the interaction mechanism between BMMNCs and HSPCs,it also may provide a new therapeutic target for MDS patients.
