长三角和珠三角城市群创新的空间效应及影响因素研究——基于空间面板杜宾模型的比较分析

Spatial Effects and Determinants of Innovation in City Clusters in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta:A Comparative Analysis from Spatial Panel Durbin Model

基于2006~2014年地级市面板数据,采用空间面板杜宾模型,探讨长三角和珠三角城市群创新活动的空间分布及其驱动因素。研究发现：长三角城市群创新活动空间集聚特征明显;珠三角城市群创新活动空间相关性弱,创新极化特征突出。从影响因素来看,高科技企业是促进城市群创新的核心因素;研发资本投入、人口活力及公共图书量对珠三角城市群创新产生了重要影响;研发资本投入和高校在学生人数在激励长三角城市群创新的同时,抑制了周边城市的创新,而研发人员和外商直接投资既促进了城市的创新,又带动了周边地区的创新。

This paper explores the spatial patterns and determinants of innovation activities in city clusters in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta with spatial panel Durbin model,using the prefecturelevel city panel data from 2006 to 2014. Results show that the spatial agglomeration of innovation activities in city clusters in the Yangtze River Delta is significant,however,the spatial correlation of innovation activities in city clusters in the Pearl River Delta is weak,as well as the polarization of innovation activities is prominent. Moreover,high-tech enterprise is the key factor that promotes innovation activities in city clusters in both regions. RD capital input,population vitality and public library books are beneficial to the development of innovation activities in city clusters in the Pearl River Delta. In addition,RD capital input and college students are helpful to the innovation activities in city clusters in the Yangtze River Delta,in which few spillover effects can be found. Research personnel and foreign direct investment can promote not only the innovation in the cities of the Yangtze River Delta,but also the innovation activities in the neighboring areas.
