内螺纹冷挤压有限元仿真与试验验证

摘要 基于Deform-3D建立内螺纹冷挤压有限元模型,对成形过程进行了数值模拟。从后处理器处获得了成形过程中的应力和应变云图以及用线图表示的轴向力、扭矩和表面积分布图。 The numerical simulation forming process of internal thread by cold extrusion was carried out based on the finite element model established by using Deform-3 D software.Line or shaded contours displayed the distribution of any state variables,includingstress,strain,loads,torque and surface area.
