大多数工程项目成本控制属于事后控制,易造成成本超支的事实。文章提出的基于预测的成本预警方法利用监测数据预测下一周期的成本信息,并据此进行偏差分析和预警,能提前一个周期发现成本失控风险和提前采取纠偏行动。该方法在长沙某地铁项目中的应用取得了良好的效果。

Most of project cost control is post-action control and easily causes the fact of cost overrun.In this paper,the proposed cost warning method based on prediction used the monitoring data to predict cost information of the next cycle and took deviation analysis and warning on the basis of the information.The method could find out cost control risk and take corrective action in advance one cycle.This method had good effect on the application of a subway project in Changsha.
