由于铝合金球面网格的弹塑性稳定性对于铝合金的应用具有重要的意义,所以,文章主要是利用有限元分析方法对铝合金球面进行了失稳、变形和应力应变等分析,并依据分析结果对铝合金球面中的缺陷对于合金的稳定性和承载能力进行了研究和分析,并针对铝合金制品中所存在的问题,提出了相应的确保安全系数的设计方法。

The elastoplastic stability of aluminum alloy spherical mesh is of great significance for the application of aluminum alloy.Therefore,this paper mainly used the finite element method to analyze the instability,deformation and stress strain of the aluminum alloy sphere,and the stability and bearing of the defects in the aluminum alloy spherical surface to the alloy were based on the analysis results.Carrying capacity was studied and analyzed,and corresponding design methods for ensuring safety factor were put forward according to the problems existing in aluminum alloy products.
