沈家门港海底隧道工程设计关键技术概述

摘要 浙江省舟山沈家门港海底隧道为国内第一座人行海底沉管隧道。文章针对大坡度细柔沉管隧道的特点,合理选用沉管结构断面、划分管节长度、精细布置各种附属结构、严格控制压浆工艺与参数,将端部转角变形作为细柔管节设计的重要控制参量;使用止推承台+止水墙的最终接头设计新技术,保证了最终接头的施工质量、降低工程风险和造价;在隧道工程领域研究设计了双排钢管桩+模袋砂围堰护岸结构等新型护岸结构。通过这些关键技术研究,为海底沉管隧道积累了丰富的设计经验,在类似工程具有十分重要的参考和借鉴价值。 The immersed tunnel of submarine in Zhou Shan Shen Jia Men is the first tunnel for person crosssed in china.Facing with the the characteristics of large slope and slender immersed tunnel,immersed structure section is selected reasonable,and it must be divided pipe length and fine arrange various subsidiary structures,control the grouting process and parameters strictly,it also recognize the end corner deformation as an important control of the design of slender tube section parameters.The design new technologies of pushers with thrust sills+water stop walls ensures the construction quality of tunnel closures and reduces risks and costs of projet,In the field of tunnel engineering,a new structure of protect the bank that double-row steel pipe pile with bagged sand cofferdam sand has been researched and designed.Through these key technologies,it has accumulated a wealth of design experience for submarine immersed tunnels and it has an important reference value for similar projects.
