氯化镁/甘油改性淀粉/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯共混材料的结构与性能 被引量:7

Structure and Properties of Starch/Poly( butylene succinate) Blends Plasticized with Magnnesium Chloride and Glycerol

摘要 为了改善淀粉/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)共混材料的相容性和力学性能,文中以氯化镁/甘油为复配改性剂,采用熔融共混方法制备了改性淀粉/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯共混材料,研究了改性共混材料的红外吸收特性、形态结构、热性能、力学性能及结晶性能。研究结果表明,氯化镁和甘油可与淀粉/PBS共混材料产生强相互作用,破坏淀粉/PBS共混材料原有的氢键与结晶结构,提高淀粉与PBS的相容性,使共混材料的玻璃化转变温度、结晶温度、冷结晶温度及结晶度降低;采用氯化镁/甘油复配改性剂可制备出具有良好性能的淀粉/PBS共混材料,改性后的淀粉/PBS共混材料的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度均得到提高。 Starch is a natural biodegradable polymer material. Poly( butylene succinate)( PBS) is a kind of typical biodegradable polymer material. Environmentally friendly material with high performance price ratio can be prepared by blending starch and PBS. However,the compatibility and mechanical properties of starch/PBS are poor because of starch crystallization. In order to get the starch/PBS blends with excellent performance,magnesium chloride and glycerol were used to modify the starch/PBS blends prepared by melt blending and the infrared absorption characteristics,morphological structure,thermal properties,mechanical properties and crystallinity of the blends were studied. The results show that magnesium chloride and glycerol could produce strong interaction with starch/PBS blends,destroy the original hydrogen bonding and crystal structure of starch/PBS blends,improve the compatibility of starch and PBS,make the glass transition temperature,crystallization temperature,cold crystallization temperature and crystallinity decrease. The mechanical properties of modified starch/PBS blends also change,the elongation at break and tensile strength are improved. When the compounding modifier magnesium chloride content increases,the tensile strength is also increased.
