摘要
通过理论、仿真分析,以及检测试验说明了焦距、孔径对相控阵超声检测横向分辨力的影响规律,结果表明通过优化相控阵超声的检测参数,可以获得更高的横向检测分辨力,对相关检测应用有一定的参考价值。
The influence of focal length and aperture on the lateral resolution of phased array ultrasonic detection is analyzed through theoretical analysis,simulation analysis and experimental test.The results show that higher lateral resolution can be obtained by optimizing the testing parameters of phased array ultrasonic detection,which has certain reference significance for the related detection application.
