The Influence of Mild Manipulation on Growth Factors in Rabbit Skeletal Muscle During Chronic Injury Repair

摘要 目的:观察柔和手法对家兔骨骼肌慢性损伤过程中生长因子的影响。方法:随机取30只家兔制备软组织损伤动物模型,造模成功后随机分为柔和手法治疗组、重手法治疗组和模型组,每组各10只,余下10只为正常组。柔和手法治疗组采用大鱼际揉法和指摩法治疗;重手法治疗组采用点按法和弹拨法治疗;模型组和正常组不做任何治疗。采用ELISA法检测治疗后家兔骨骼肌中碱性成纤维生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)、神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)、胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(insulin-like growth factor,IGF-Ⅰ)的浓度。结果:柔和手法治疗组骨骼肌中bFGF、NGF、IGF-Ⅰ的浓度均高于重手法治疗组和模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柔和手法在家兔慢性软组织损伤修复过程中能够明显上调bFGF、NGF、IGF-Ⅰ的表达,促进肌卫星细胞增殖,加快其成肌分化,促进损伤修复。 Objective: To observe the influence of mild manipulation on growth factors in rabbit skeletal muscle during chronic injury repair. Methods: Thirty rabbits were randomly selected to prepare the animal model of soft tissue injury. After the success of the modeling,the models were randomly divided into the soft manipulation treatment group,the heavy manipulative treatment group and the model group,with 10 in each group,and the remaining 10 constituted the normal group. The group of mild manipulation treatment was treated with the method of big thenar kneading and finger rub,and the treatment group of heavy manipulation was treated by acupoint message and muscle plucking method; the model group and the normal group did not receive any treatment.The concentration of basic fibroblast growth factor( bFGF),neural growth factor( NGF) and insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ( IGF-Ⅰ) in skeletal muscle after the treatment were detected by ELISA method. Results: The concentrations of bFGF,NGF and IGF-Ⅰin skeletal muscle of mild manipulation group were significantly higher than those in the heavy manipulation group and the model group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Mild manipulation can obviously increase the expression of bFGF,NGF and IGF-Ⅰ during the repair of chronic soft tissue injury in rabbits,promote the proliferation of muscle satellite cells,accelerate the differentiation of the myoblast and promote the repair of injury.
