益气养血汤治疗慢性脑供血不足性眩晕64例

Sixty-Four Cases of Chronic Cerebral Insufficiency Vertigo Treated with Rhizoma Alismatis Decoction

目的:观察益气养血汤治疗慢性脑供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年8月至2017年5月就诊于本院的128例慢性脑供血不足性眩晕患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各64例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用益气养血汤。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状积分变化情况,检测两组患者治疗前后总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(Three acyl glycerol,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(Low density lipoprotein,LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL-C)变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为84.37%,治疗组有效率为95.31%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.195,P=0.041)。两组患者治疗后临床症状积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C均低于治疗前,治疗组低于对照组;两组患者治疗后HDL-C高于治疗前,治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养血汤治疗慢性脑供血不足性眩晕疗效确切,可有效改善患者临床症状和血脂水平。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangxue Decoction on chronic cerebral insufficiency vertigo.Methods： One hundred and twenty-eight patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency vertigo who were treated in our hospital between August 2015 and May 2017 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 64 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was added Yiqi Yangxue Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical curative effects of two groups were observed; Their clinical symptom score changes before and after the treatment were compared; The changes of total cholesterol（ TC）,Three acyl glycerol（ TG） and Low density lipoprotein（ LDL-C） and high density lipoprotein（ HDL-C） before and after the treatment were detected. Conclusion： Yiqi Yangxue Decoction has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic cerebral insufficiency vertigo,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and blood lipid levels of the patients.
