清热除湿止带汤治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病28例

Twenty-Eighty Cases of Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis with Decoction for Clearing Heat and Removing Damp and Stopping Leucorrhea

目的:观察清热除湿止带汤内服联合乳杆菌活菌胶囊外用治疗湿热下注型复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效。方法:将55例复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组27例。两组患者均应用克霉唑阴道片进行基础治疗后进行巩固治疗,对照组给予阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊阴道给药,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上同时服用清热除湿止带汤。观察两组患者治疗后阴道分泌物清洁度疗效、临床疗效和复发情况。结果:治疗组复发率为16.00%,对照组复发率为56.00%,两组患者复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者停药后3个月及停药后6个月阴道清洁度疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者停药后1个月及停药后3个月临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热除湿止带汤内服联合乳杆菌活菌胶囊外用治疗湿热下注型复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效确切,复发率低。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Clearing Heat and Removing Damp and Stopping Leucorrhea for oral administration combined with external use of Lactobacillus Living Bacteria Capsules on recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis（ RVVC） with syndrome of dampness heat infusion. Methods： Fifty patients with RVVC were randomly divided into the treatment group（ with 28 cases） and the control group（ with 27 cases）. The two groups of patients were treated with Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets for basic treatment,the control group was additionally given Lactobacillus Living Bacteria Capsules for vaginal administration,and the treatment group was also treated with Decoction for Clearing Heat and Removing Damp and Stopping Leucorrhea. Then efficacy of cleanliness of vaginal secretions,clinical efficacy and recurrence of vaginal secretions after treatment were observed in the two groups. Results： The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 16%,and the recurrence rate in the control group was 56%. There was a significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups（ P〈 0. 05）. And 3 months after and 6 months after stopping medicine,in terms of vaginal cleanliness curative effect,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（ P 〈0. 05）. There was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups after one months and 3 months after stopping medicine（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Decoction for Clearing Heat and Removing Damp and Stopping Leucorrhea for oral administration combined with external use of Lactobacillus Living Bacteria Capsules has a remarkable clinical curative effect on recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis with syndrome of dampness heat infusion,with low recurrence rate.
