电针治疗女性单纯性压力性尿失禁疗效观察

Observation of Effect of Electroacupuncture on Female Patients with Simple Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的:观察电针治疗女性单纯性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年9月至2016年12月在江苏大学附属医院针灸科就诊的女性单纯性压力性尿失禁患者21例,所有患者均给予电针治疗,选取百会、气海、关元、中极、水道、足三里、阴陵泉、三阴交、肺俞、脾俞、肾俞、膀胱俞、中髎、会阳,每日1次,每次30 min,每周6次,连续治疗4周。比较治疗前后1 h漏尿量、尿失禁症状评分(ICIQ-SF)。结果:21例女性SUI患者中,无脱落病例,均完成了4周治疗,治愈6例,有效13例,无效2例,有效率为90.48%;女性SUI患者经电针治疗后,漏尿量比治疗前明显减少(P<0.05),ICIQSF评分也较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:电针治疗女性压力性尿失禁疗效显著,能明显改善患者的尿失禁症状和生存质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of electroacupuncture on female patients with simple stress urinary incontinence（ SUI）. Methods： Twenty-one cases of pure stress urinary incontinence treated in the Department of acupuncture and moxibustion Department of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from September 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects. All the patients were treated with electroacupuncture. The following points were selected; Baihui（ GV 20）,Qihai（ CV 6）,Guanyuan（ CV 4）,Zhongji（ CV 3）,Shuidao（ ST 28）,Zusanli（ ST 36）,Yinlingquan（ SP 9）,Saninjiao（ SP 6）,Feishu（ BL13）,Pushu（ BL 20）,Shenshu（ BL 23）,Pangguangshu（ BL 28）,Zhongliao（ BL 33） and Huiyang（ BL 35）,once a day,30 minutes each time,6 times a week for 4 weeks. Then 1 h leakage and urinary incontinence symptom score（ ICIQ-SF）were compared before and after the treatment. Results： Among 21 female SUI patients,there were no cases of shedding,their 4 weeks of treatment were completed,6 cases were cured,13 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid and the effective rate was90. 48%. After electroacupuncture,the amount of leakage urine of female SUI patients was significantly lower than that before the treatment（ P 〈0. 05）,and the ICIQ-SF score was significantly lower than that before the treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Electroacupuncture is effective in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. It can significantly improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence and the quality of life of patients.
