Clinical Application and Mechanism of Harmonious Yang Decoction in Treating Malignant Tumors

阳和汤抗肿瘤的疗效确切,但是其作用机制尚未明了,而且还存在争议:有学者认为阳和汤可直接杀伤肿瘤细胞,有学者则认为其抗肿瘤作用需经机体活化,动物体内或血清学实验中,又有学者认为阳和汤通过调节机体免疫诱导肿瘤细胞增殖与分化,也有部分学者认为其能阻断细胞周期促进肿瘤细胞凋亡达到治疗肿瘤的效果等。由于阳和汤方药本身成分复杂,体外实验病证结合较为困难,所以目前对于阳和汤干预恶性肿瘤的研究还相对较少,抗肿瘤的作用机制也尚无统一的认识。

Whether it is from the TCM syndrome differentiation or a large number of experimental data,it is confirmed that the curative effect of Harmonious Yang Decoction is effective. However,due to the complex composition of Harmonious Yang decoction,and difficulty in the combination of experimental diseases in vitro,there is relatively little research on the interference of Harmonious Yang Decoction on malignant tumor,and the mechanism of anti-tumor action has not yet been recognized. With the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine research and research technology,the combination of outside and inside the body and the extraction of main components will also continue to advance,which can promote the understanding of its usage and mechanisms and can provide more experimental evidence in clinical application.
