摘要
以测绘类教师为例,探讨在"双一流"建设背景下,研究构建教师专业发展绩效评价体系和模型。本文在坚持目标导向性、专业差异性、系统科学性、动态适应性等原则的基础上,通过因子分析法修正筛选,构建了测绘类教师专业发展的绩效评价体系,并运用层次分析法确定权重,最终形成评价模型,以期为测绘类教师专业发展的相关理论与实践提供经验借鉴。
This paper,taking the geomatics teachers as an example,explores the establishment of system and model for teacher professional development performance assessment under the construction of "Double First-Class ". Based on the principles of goaloriented,professional othemess,system scientificalness,and dynamic adaptability,this paper constructs a performance evaluation system for professional development of geomatics teachers by modifying selection through factor analysis. Finally,an evaluation model is developed using the hierarchy analytic method to determine weights. The results can provide experience for the relevant theories and practices of professional development of geomatics teachers.
