适应新时代地理信息发展的职业能力建设研究

Research on Geographic Information Professional Capacity Building in New Era

职业能力建设对促进地理信息发展具有重要意义。本文基于国家职业分类,分析了地理信息职业体系和特征,建立了地理信息职业工作内容框架和能力素质模型,为地理信息能力建设提供了科学依据。通过对能力素质模型分析,认为服务思维能力、信息分析处理、综合知识应用和设计研发、经营管理是新时代地理信息职业能力建设的重要方面,并提出地理信息能力建设的方法和路径参考。

Geographic information professional capacity building is of vital importance to industry development in the field. Based on national geographic vacation system,this paper concludes that capacity building is actively demanded while the rapid vocational growth of geographic information industry. This paper builds geographic information professions working context frame and competency model with the conclusions that service consciousness,information process analysis,Comprehensive knowledge application and research management are important to capacity building in the field.Capacity building approaches are also advised in the end.
