摘要
为了研究小样本取代大样本这一可行性问题,针对康家湾铅锌金矿III-1号矿体上盘围岩,经过钻探取样后制成直径为5cm、长为10cm的标准试样。利用RMT-150B伺服控制试验系统对这种试样进行了大量的单轴抗压和抗拉试验。同时采用格拉布斯方法对小样本可靠度指标数据的异常情况进行判定,提出了围岩均值可靠度指标计算方法。通过随机抽取样本数,计算了与抽取样本数相对应的均值可靠度指标;同时,给出了抽取样本个数与可靠度指标相对误差绝对值的关系曲线,并进行了非线性拟合,给出了拟合公式。基于大样本试验信息及随机抽取小样本数据分析,结果表明,样本个数不能少于10个,此研究成果对硐室小样本可靠度研究具有重要的理论意义。
In order to study the feasibility of replacing large samples with small ones,standard samples on a diameter of 5 cm,10 cm in length are made from hanging wall of the III-1 ore body after drilling at Kangjiawan Lead,Zink and Gold Mine.A lot of uniaxial compressive and tensile tests are carried on by RMT-150 Bservocontrolled testing systems.At the same time,using the grubbs method to determine the abnormality of the small sample reliability index data,a calculation method for the reliability index of the mean reliability index corresponding to the number of sampling samples is calculated.Meanwhile,the relationship curves between the number of sampling samples and the absolute values of relative error of reliability index is given,and the nonlinear fitting is performed.The fitting formula is given.Based on experimental analysis of large samples and data of random sampling on small sample,the results show the samples cannot be less than 10 and it is of theoretical significance to study the small sample reliability in underground chamber.
