摘要 2016年,国际电工委员会发布了IEC 61784-3:2016(即第3版)对总残余错误率的评估,以附录的形式引入了新的扩展模型,并且将会在IEC 61784-3第4版发布后,正式成为功能安全通信行规(FSCP)必须遵循的评估方法。本文基于对IEC 61784-3第3版标准研究与分析,运用产品开发中的实例验证了第3版标准的评估方法对应用的影响,及其与第2版标准的区别。 The International Electrotechnical Commission released IEC 61784-3:2016, i.e., Version 3.0, which specifies additional extended models for estimating the total residual error rate for FSCP in 2016. Furthermore, the new assessment will become mandatory in IEC 61784-3, i.e., Version 4.0. Based on the research and analysis of IEC 61784-3, i.e., Version 3.0, this paper verified its effectiveness in practical application during product development, and observed it main difference compared with Version 2.0.
