浓缩生长因子注射改善眶周皱纹的临床观察

Clinical observation of concentrated growth factor (CGF) improving periorbital wrinkles

目的评价浓缩生长因子(concentrated growth factor,CGF)注射改善眶周皱纹的效果。方法自2016年1~9月抽取全血,用medifuge系统制备获得自体CGF后立即注射到患者眶周皱纹的真皮和近真皮皮下。15~20 d注射1次,3次为一疗程。30例女性患者接受了治疗。3个月后,采用综合评判法(Fuzzy评判法)进行疗效评价。1例志愿者接受了CGF注射前后的皮肤组织学检查,标本切片用苏木精-伊红染色和MASSON三色染色。结果所有患者眶周皮肤皱纹均得到良好的矫正,没有无效病例。未发现患者面部注射区有任何皮肤溃疡及瘢痕形成、纤维化及异常增生、不规则硬块及皮下结节、色素沉着、面神经损伤、过敏性或变态反应、动静脉栓塞等并发症。组织学显示,CGF使表-真皮连接增厚,胶原蛋白量增加,成纤维细胞、血管和皮下脂肪组织增多。结论 CGF眶周注射治疗是改善眶周皱纹的一个很好的年轻化治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of concentrated growth factor（CGF） injection for the improvement of periorbital wrinkles. Methods From January to September 2016,the whole blood was extracted, then the activated autologous CGF was prepared by Medifuge system（Silfradent,Italy） and was injected into the dermis and immediate subdermis of the skin wrinkles. 15～20 days injection 1 time, three times for a course of treatment. 30 cases of elderly women（35～55 years old） received this young treatment. 3 months after treatment, the doctor evaluated the effect of the improvement of periorbital wrinkles of the subjects after the CGF injection by the the comprehensive evaluation method（Fuzzy judgment method）. One volunteer received facial skin biopsy before and after injection, Hematoxylin-eosin and Masson＇s trichrome staining and analysis of specimens. Results All patients had good correction of periorbital wrinkles,no invalid cases. On periorbital injection area, subjects have not any skin ulcer, scar formation, fibrosis and abnormal growths, subcutaneous nodules and irregular lumps, pigmentation, facial nerve injury, allergic reaction, arteriovenous thrombosis complications. Histology revealed CGF increased the thickness of the dermal epidermal junction, the amount of collagen, and the number of fibroblasts,adipocyte and new vessels. Conclusion CGF facial injection is a very good method for improving facial wrinkles.
