鲜红斑痣的治疗进展 被引量:3

摘要 鲜红斑痣是一种发生在真皮浅层的先天性毛细血管扩张畸形,人群中的发病率为0.3%~0.5%。出生时鲜红斑痣呈粉红色斑片,未经治疗的皮损,通常随着年龄的增长,颜色逐渐加深,呈鲜红色或紫红色,而且因皮损逐渐增厚而形成斑块状、结节状或出现化脓性肉芽肿。激光和光的治疗是通过选择性破坏血管系统原理,改善皮损颜色和厚度。临床上有多种血管选择性激光器,其中最常用且研究最多的是脉冲染料激光。尽早对皮损进行治疗,可以得到更好的疗效。随着影像学和光电治疗技术的发展,鲜红斑痣的治疗效果可以得到进一步提高。
