摘要
针对航空保障设备综合效能评价手段和方法缺乏的现状,本文通过分析,考虑了功能性、易用性、运输性、维修性和安全性5个维度,建立针对航空保障设备效能分析评价指标体系,分析了各指标和因素的意义,并在行业专家调研打分、评判的基础上,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定了一级、二级指标的权重。并以某大型运输机所配备的千斤顶进行了案例分析,验证结果表明所建立的指标评价体系具有较好的可操作性和实用性。
Considering the lack of means and methods for evaluating comprehensive effectiveness of aviation support equipment, this paper proposed an evaluation index system for equipment effectiveness analysis, which including five factors, such as function, usability, transportability, maintainability and safety. The significance of each factor was analyzed, and the weight of the first and second level indicators was determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on the experts' research and scoring. Finally, a case was carried out which the jack of transport plane and the results show that the evaluation index system is practicable.
