摘要
结合近年来低硅钢退火的生产实践 ,在对影响低硅钢电磁性能的各因素进行多方面试验和大量的生产数据统计基础上 ,阐明了合理控制低硅钢冶炼化学成分是提高磁性能的有效途径 ,并提出了低硅冶炼化学成分的最佳控制范围。
Combined with the commercial production of annealing silicon steels as well as based on the test study on all different kinds of the factors of affecting the electromagnetic properties for silicon steels and the statistics of a large number of productive data,this paper clarifies the fact that reasonable controlling the melting chemical compositions for silicon steels with a lower content is an effective way of improving electromagnetic properties, and also presents the optimum controlling range of the chemical compositions for silicon steels with a lower content in Tisco
