胃上皮内瘤变的研究进展

Advances in Study on Gastric Intraepithelial Neoplasia

胃癌是一种常见的癌症,且是癌症相关死亡的常见原因。胃上皮内瘤变(GIN)作为胃癌的癌前病变始终是国内外研究的热点,其对早期发现、干预并防控胃癌发生有重要意义。近年在GIN的概念演变、发病机制、生物学特征、治疗策略如根除幽门螺杆菌、定期随访、内镜治疗等领域有较多研究。本文就GIN的研究进展作一综述。

Gastric cancer is a commonly seen cancer and a usual cause of cancer-related death. As a form of precancerous lesion of gastric cancer,gastric intraepithelial neoplasia（ GIN） is always a hot research topic,and plays a very important role in the detection,intervention,prevention and control of development of gastric cancer. Recently,there has been great progress in research on GIN,including the evolution of concept,pathogenesis,biological features,therapeutic strategy such as eradication of Helicobacter pylori,regular follow-up and endoscopic therapy. This article reviewed the advances in study on GIN.
