Industrial linkage is the basis of innovation and development of modern industrial system, and also the motive force to promote the internationalization of industry. Therefore, Harbin should actively promote the development of regional industry linkage and promote the process of urban internationalization. Starting with the realistic foundation of the regional industrial linkage in Harbin, this paper analyzes in detail the main problems existing in the development of the regional industrial linkage in Harbin, and then gives scientific, reasonable and targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
