摘要
采用公私合作模式(PPP)有利于企业对政府方针政策的正确把握,从而提高投资的成功率,帮助政府缓解了资金压力,降低投资风险。为促进PPP模式在我国的进一步发展,从事前预防、事中监控、事后弥补三个维度进行风险分析并提出管控对策。
