研究生教育国际化的供需错位问题研究——基于东北财经大学国际经贸学院研究生的问卷调查分析

Research on the Mismatch Between Supply and Demand of Education Internationalization for Graduate Students

我国各高等院校相继开展了研究生国际化教育,并形成了多种模式的国际化教育培养模式。为了考察现行教育国际化模式与研究生实际需求的对接程度,以东北财经大学国际经贸学院为例,通过实地访谈以及问卷调查方式,从学生—教师、学生—管理机构等国际化教育供需视角出发,利用SPSS软件从教材选用、授课方式、考核机制、课程设置、留学生互动、国际化培养六个方面揭示了研究生教育国际化的供需错位现状,并为研究生国际化培养方案的修订提出建议,以期为经贸类研究生教育国际化建设提供参考和借鉴。

Under the background of economic globalization, taking College of intemational trade and economics in Dongbei University of Finance and Economics as an example, the essay use the free flow of factors of international education and accelerate to raise the level of international education itself. Through on - the - spot interview and questionnaire survey methods, using SPSS to software analysis of the present situation from two aspects： students to teachers and students to the schools government, and from the supply and demand perspective of multidimensional in- ternationalized education. What＇ s more, the essay put forward the suggestions about the development of international education in the trade institute and provide certain reference with our colleges education internationalization of administration construction.
