国际商务涉外型人才培养模式的探索与实践——以上海海关学院实验班为例

The Exploration and Practice of Foreign-related Talent Training Mode in International Business

以上海海关学院实验班为例,从明确人才培养目标、优化课程体系结构、拓展国际交流形式、探讨建立实验班动态管理机制、建立"双导师制"等方面探讨了国际商务涉外型人才培养模式的现状,并从加强师资队伍全英教学能力建设、促进课程体系与教学方式国际化、打造多元化国际交流平台等角度提出了进一步优化人才培养模式的建议。

This article mainly discusses the status of the talent training mode of international business experimental class from the following aspects, clarifying the objectives of talent training, optimizing the curriculum system structure, expanding international communication forms, exploring the establishment of dynamic management mechanism of experimental class, and establishing double tutorial system. In the meantime, this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the training mode from the following points of view, such as strengthening the teaching capacity building of the teaching staff, promoting the internationalization of curriculum system and teaching methods, and building a diversified international communication platform.
