银丹心脑通软胶囊对脑梗死恢复期患者血脂调节作用的临床评价研究

Clinical evaluation of yindan xinnaotong soft capsule on regulating blood lipid in patients with cerebral infarction convalescence

目的:观察银丹心脑通软胶囊对脑梗死恢复期患者的血脂调节作用。方法:选择脑梗死恢复期患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。观察组给予西医常规+银丹心脑通软胶囊,对照组给予单纯西医治疗。其中观察组有2例患者因出国原因脱访,对照组1例因经济原因失访。治疗8周后对比两组患者的治疗效果、神经功能缺损评分、血脂水平和血液流变学变化。结果:治疗8周后观察组总有效率为50.0%,高于对照组的27.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者神经功能缺损评分、血流动力学及血脂水平均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组改善程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银丹心脑通软胶囊能有效改善脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能缺损程度,可能与改善血液流变学及调节血脂水平有关,可提高治疗效果和远期生存质量。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of yindan xinnaotong soft capsule in patients with cerebral infarction at recovery stage. Methods： A total of 96 patients with cerebral infarction at recovery stage were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group（ n = 48） and control group（ n = 48）. The former was given yindan xinnaotong soft capsule combined with conventional therapy and the latter was given conventional therapy for 8 weeks to compare the therapeutic effect,neurological function impairment score,plasma fibrinogen and blood lipid between these two groups. Results： After treatment for8 weeks,the total effective rate was 50. 0% among observation group,which was significantly higher than that among control group（ P〈0. 05）. Moreover,patients of both groups had significant improvement in neurological function impairment score,plasma fibrinogen and blood lipid levels,which were significantly greater among observation group in comparison with control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yindan xinnaotong soft capsule can improve neurological function,plasma fibrinogen and blood lipid levels in patients with cerebral infarction at recovery stage.
