摘要
分析汽车生产企业为解决汽车车门内外板窜动问题所采用的三种工艺方法及其优缺点,阐述防止门盖内外板窜动的方法,研究多点共极傀儡式单面点焊的原理、结构组成及应用,探讨应用中的问题、原因及控制方法。
This paper analyzes three kinds of technology methods and their advantages and disadvantages adopted by automobile manufacturing enterprises to solve the problem of internal and external plate movement of automobile door,expounds the methods to prevent the internal and external plate movement of door cover, and studies the principle of multi-point common pole puppet single side spot welding. Structure and application, problems, causes and control methods in application are discussed.
