摘要
采用ETHERNET/IP工业以太网协议,通过对AB PLC编程,实现AB PLC对IPG高功率激光器的控制,灵活切换激光焊接功率设定、激光焊接时间等焊接参数,并根据实际功率判定产品OK/NG。
By adopting ETHERNET/IP industrial Ethernet protocol and programming AB PLC, the control of IPG high power laser by AB PLC is realized, and welding parameters such as laser welding power setting, laser welding time and so on are flexibly switched.
