民用飞机惯导信号仿真设计

摘要 从某型民机飞控系统地面模拟试验需求出发,详细介绍惯导信号仿真器的软件和硬件组成及架构,并依托Matlab/Simulink平台搭建了详细接口仿真控制模型,实现了惯导Arinc429总线信号的仿真和配置;同时,设计了故障注入接口管理设备,为故障类试验提供一种快捷、有效的设置方法。试验结果表明,依据扫频试验需求,惯导信号仿真器能够准确模拟惯导信号的数据变化,满足模拟试验需求。 This paper starts with the requirements of the ground simulation test for a civil aircraft flight control system,introduces the software and hardware components and architecture of the inertial signal simulator in detail, and builds a detailed interface simulation control model based on the Matlab/Simulink platform. The simulation and configuration of the bus signal of Arinc429; at the same time, the fault inje-ction interface management device is designed to provide a quick and effective setting method for the fault type test. The experimental results show that, according to the requirements of the sweep test, the inertial signal simulator can accurately simulate the data changes of the inertial navigation signal and meet the simulation test requirements.
