模糊评价系统在石化系统中的本质安全性研究

摘要 在石化系统的发展过程中,现阶段更加趋向于向大型化方向和复杂化方向发展。在综合分析石化系统的构成的基础上,建立了石化系统服役过程本质安全性评价指标。为了实现评价指标和评价推理过程的可视化,应用Matlab软件将推理系统模糊化,以建立石化系统服役期间本质安全性模糊评价系统,以评价指标、隶属度函数和推理规则为设计主线。研究成果对于用来指导大型石化系统的前期系统设计和后期安全运营维护,以及减少故障源,从而更好地的提高我国石化行业整体的运营能力和安全水平具有重要的指导意义。 During the development of the petrochemical system, at this stage, it tends to develop toward the direction of large-scale and complex. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the composition of the petrochemical system, an intrinsic safety evaluation index for the service process of the petrochemical system was established. In order to realize the evaluation index and visualize the evaluation reasoning process, Matlab software was used to fuzzify the inference system to establish the intrinsic safety fuzzy evaluation system during the service of the petrochemical system. The evaluation index, membership function and inference rule were the main design lines. Through the different realization process of the chemical process for the production of benzene from high-temperature hydrodealkylation of toluene, an essentially fuzzy safety assessment was made, which proved the correctness, practicality and feasibility of the fuzzy evaluation system established through research. The research results have important guiding significance for guiding the pre-system design and later-stage safety operation and maintenance of large-scale petrochemical systems, as well as reducing the sources of faults, so as to better improve the overall operational capability and safety level of China's petrochemical industry.
