矿业企业社区关系研究:矿地关系的表达

矿业企业与当地居民的矛盾由来已久,而目前针对我国矿业企业与社区关系的研究大多集中在矿业企业社会责任的理论研究和绿色矿山和谐社区建设方面,对于我国所面临的日趋尖锐的矿业企业社区关系问题的研究较少,没有形成成熟的理论体系和实践模型来指导实践。本文确立了矿业企业和社区的权利责任框架,以及自然环境、经济利益、管理体系、社区参与、当地文化五个指标,并构建了矿地和谐雷达图和矿地和谐曲线,直观地表达矿地和谐的程度,客观全面、简洁实用地反映矿业社区发展的实际情况,探索了矿业社区建设中矿地双方的权利责任关系,揭示了其中存在的问题与规律。

The disputes between mining enterprises and local residents never seem to be ceased from past to present.The paper puts forward the right responsibility framework of the mining enterprise and communities,which have 5 indicators,namely,natural environment,economic benefit,management system,community participation and local culture.It summarizs the relationship between mining enterprises and communities by building enterprises-communities radar map and harmonious curve which can describe the relationship between them more deeply,directly,objectively,comprehensively,intuitively,simply and practically,which exploring its rights and responsibilities revealing the problems and the development laws.
