超微血管成像评价颈动脉斑块新生血管及对脑梗死的预测研究

摘要 目的 探索超微血管成像评价颈内动脉斑块新生血管及对脑梗死的预测。 方法 在2016年3月19日至2017年12月1日期间选取100例疑似脑梗死患者为实验对象,且均进行超微血管成像检测,随后分析此项技术在评判脑梗死、斑块新生血管的作用性。 结果 超微血管成像诊断对脑梗死的特异性、敏感性、漏诊率、误诊率分别为95.45%、97.44%、2.56%、4.55%。同时低回声斑块者,11例显示存在新生血管(1分的有8例,2分的有3例),等回声斑块者,53例显示新生血管(1分的有16例,2分的有37例),混合回声者,14例显示存在新生血管(1分的有8例,2分的有6例)。 结论 超微血管成像能够提高脑梗死预测的灵敏性,及时发现颈内动脉斑块新生血管,从而为临床治疗方案提供依据。 Objective: To explore the evaluation of internal carotid artery plaque neovascularization and the prediction of cerebral infarction using Superb micro-vascular ultrasound imaging(SMI). Methods From March 19th 2016 to December 1st 2017,100 patients with suspected cerebral infarction were selected as experimental subjects,and all of them were examined by SMI.Then analyzed the role of this technique in evaluating cerebral infarction and plaque neovascularization. Results : The specificity,sensitivity,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of SMI for cerebral infarction were 95.45%,97.44%,2.56% and 4.55%.Meanwhile,in hypoechoic plaques,11 cases showed the presence of neovascularization(8 cases with 1 score,3 cases with 2 score).In iso-echoic plaques,53 cases showed neovascularization (16 cases with 1 score,37 cases with 2 score).In mixed echo plaques,14 cases showed neovascularization ( 8 cases with 1 score,6 cases with 2 score ). Conclusion: SMI can improve the sensitivity of prediction of cerebral infarction and find neovascularization in internal carotid artery in time,thus providing the basis for clinical treatment.
