摘要
目的 观察使用盐酸氨溴索联合特布他林加温雾化在支气管哮喘患儿中的临床效果。 方法 根据疾病诊断标准2016年10月至2017年4月选择在该科就诊的68 例支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,参照计算机随机化法分为对照组与试验组。对照组 34例患儿接受常温雾化,试验组 34 例采取加温雾化,疗程为 14天(2周)。评价效果指标为两组患儿的总体疗效、症状和体征消失的准确时间、雾化前后肺功能改善的状况,并对治疗时间范围内的安全性评析。 结果 试验组患儿的加温雾化总体有效率优于对照组;两组哮喘患儿的症状(咳嗽、喘息与胸闷)消失时间差异性明显;所选研究对象雾化前肺功能指标(第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1 占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、最大呼气峰流速度(PEF)以及 PEF 占预计值百分比(PEF%)差异不具有统计学意义;雾化后其指标具有统计学差异。 结论 应用两种药物联合加温使用可以有效治疗患儿支气管哮喘,具有较好的临床效果,同时用药安全。
Objective : To observe the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with terbutaline aerosol in children with bronchial asthma. Methods Sixty - eight children with bronchial asthma were selected according to the criteria of disease diagnosis.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the computerized randomization method.34 children in the control group received normal temperature atomization,the experimental group of 34 patients to take heating atomization,treatment for 14 days (2 weeks).The evaluation of the effect of indicators for the two groups of children in the overall efficacy,symptoms and signs of the disappearance of the exact time before and after the improvement of pulmonary function of the situation,and the treatment time within the scope of safety assessment. Results: The over all effective rate of heating in the test group was better than that in the control group.The difference of the symptoms (cough,wheezing and chest tightness) between the two groups was obvious.The lung function index (FEV1),FEV1%,maximum expiratory flow velocity (PEF) and PEF% of predicted value (PEF%) were not statistically significant;after atomization. Conclusion : The combination of two drugs combined with the use of heating can effectively treat children with bronchial asthma,has a good clinical effect,while drug safety.
