下腔静脉滤器在下肢深静脉血栓治疗中的应用分析

Analysis on the application of inferior vena cava filter in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs

目的 分析下腔静脉滤器在下肢深静脉血栓治疗中的应用价值。 方法 选取该院2015年1月至2017年6月收治的124例下肢深静脉血栓患者作为研究对象，分为观察组62例和对照组62例。观察组采用下腔静脉滤器置入术，对照组不采用下腔静脉滤器置入术，比较两组治疗效果。 结果 观察组肺栓塞发生率、死亡率、复发率分别为3.2%、0.0%、3.2%，对照组肺栓塞发生率、死亡率、复发率分别为12.9%、1.6%、 14.5 %，两组比较死亡率差异无统计学意义（ P 〉0.05），肺栓塞发生率、复发率差异有统计学意义（ P 〈0.05）。 结论 下腔静脉滤器置入术应用在下肢深静脉血栓治疗中，可以有效的减少肺栓塞的发生。

Objective ： To analyze the inferior vena cava filter in a application value in the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. Methods Selection methods：from January 2015 to June 2017 treated 124 cases of patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis as the research object,divided into the observation group 62 cases and control group （ n =62）.Observation group with inferior vena cava filter surgery,the control group did not use inferior vena cava filter surgery,compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Results ： The observation group,the incidence of pulmonary embolism,mortality,recurrence rates were 3.2%,0.0%,3.2%,and control the incidence of pulmonary embolism,mortality,recurrence rates are 12.9%,1.6% and 12.9% respectively,compared the mortality difference in the two groups has no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）,the incidence of pulmonary embolism,the recurrence rate difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Inferior vena cava filter was limited application in the treatment of the lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,can effectively reduce the occurrence of pulmonary embolism.
