微创手术治疗单节段腰椎管狭窄症的疗效分析

摘要 目的 探讨微创手术用于治疗单节段腰椎管狭窄的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。 方法 选取2015年9月-2016年12月期间在该院接受微创手术的单节段腰椎管狭窄患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施传统开放手术治疗,观察组采用微创减压、经椎间孔融合手术,比较两组患者的围手术期各项指标、不良反应发生情况以及治疗总有效率。 结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间以及不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组( P <0.05);观察组患者的治疗有效率(90.0%)明显高于(63.3%),差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。 结论 临床运用微创手术治疗单节段腰椎管狭窄,疗效优于传统治疗手段,治疗显著,值得临床推广。 Objective: The clinical efficacy of minimally invasive surgery was used to treat narrow lumbar spinal stenosis. Methods: Provide reference for clinical treatment.means:A total of 60 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis with microsurgery were taken in our hospital between September 2015 and December 2016.Randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Control the implementation of traditional open surgery treatment,observation group with minimally invasive decompression,intervertebral Kong Rongge surgery,compared two groups of patients with perioperative indicators,adverse reactions occur,and total effective treatment. Results: The observed group operation time,blood volume,average length of hospitalization and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈0.05).The treatment efficiency (90.0%) was significantly higher in the observed group (90.0%),and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The clinical use of minimally invasive surgery was performed to treat the stenosis of lumbar vertebra.Curative effect is superior to traditional treatment.Treatment significantly.deserve the clinical expansion.
