摘要 针对我国果园采摘作业效率低、劳动量大、机械化程度低等问题,设计了一种手持便携式苹果采摘装置。该采摘装置由采摘套筒、收集套筒、固定刀片、旋转刀片、扭簧、连接件、拉簧、伸缩杆、拉绳和手柄组成。采摘时,将苹果套入套筒,通过按动手柄,拉动拉绳,带动刀片相对运动,对果茎进行剪切。苹果落入收集套筒内,完成采摘动作。本装置采用人力剪切采摘,成本低廉,具有较强的通用性和可操作性,能够顺利地采摘苹果并且便于取下苹果,减小劳动量,提高工作效率。 A hand-held portable apple picking device was designed to solve the problems of low efficiency, high labor strenght and low mechanization in orchard picking operations in China. The picking device consists of a picking sleeve, a collection sleeve, a fixed blade, a rotary blade, a torsion spring, a connector, a tension spring, a telescopic rod, a pull rope and a handle. When picking, put the apple into the sleeve and push the handle to pull the pull rope to drive the relative movement of the blade and cut the fruit stem. The apple falls into the collection sleeve and completes the picking action. The device adopts human cutting and picking, has low cost, has strong versatility and operability, can smoothly pick apples and can easily remove apples, reduce labor, and improve work efficiency.
