一种高精度板式结构的装配工艺研究

摘要 对某航天器承力结构的特点行分析研究,设计出一套精度测量工装及装配工艺方案,并使用HEXAGON七轴绝对关节测量臂及3D测量软件Ployworks对装配完成后的承力结构进行几何精度的测量,测量数据符合设计精度要求,验证了该装配工艺有效解决了此类型承力结构的装配测量需求,为同类型结构装配及精度测量积累了宝贵经验。 This paper analyzes the characteristics of the bearing structure of a spacecraft,then designs a set of precision measurement tooling and assembly process,And using the hEXAGoN seven-axis absolute measuring arm and 3D measuring software Ployworks to measure the geometric accuracy of the bearing structure of the assembly,The measurement data meets the design accuracy requirement.it is verify that that assembly process effectively solves the requirement of assembly measurement of this type bearing structure,it also has accumulates valuable experience for the assembly and precision measurement of the same type structure.
