摘要
静液压传动是一种布局灵活方便、无级调速范围宽的传动方式,它在国外广泛应用于农业、环保机械、工业机器人等领域。由于跨国公司牢牢控制产业链的核心环节,同时国内机械行业整体制造水平有限,关键技术消化吸收速度慢,静液压传动装置在国内的研究和发展比较落后。本公司研制了一种应用于农业插秧机等领域的静液压传动装置,通过相关性能测试分析该装置的工作效率,并已将其在实际生产中进行了成功应用。
Hydrostatic transmission is a transmission method with flexible layout and wide range of stepless speed regulation. it is widely used in agriculture, environmental protection machinery, industrial robots and other fields. As multinational corporations firmly control the core links of the industrial chain and the limitations of the overall manufacturing level of the domestic machinery industry, the key technologies are slow to digest and absorb, and the research and development of hydrostatic transmission devices in China is relatively backward. our company has developed a hydrostatic transmission device that has been used in agricultural rice transplanters and other fields. Through the relevant performance tests, it analyzes the working efficiency of the device and has successfully applied it in actual production.
