摘要 对单注油器汽轮机供油模式进行阐述,分析高、低油泵切换中出现油压异常波动的原因。在润滑油系统中增加节流孔板结构,使高压泵出口油压降至与润滑油出口压力一致。利用伯努利方程求得孔板直径,解决油压波动问题。 The oil supply mode of single oiler turbine is described, and the causes of abnormal oil pressure fluctuation in high and low oil pump switching are analyzed. The orifice plate structure is added to the lubricating oil system so that the high pressure pump outlet oil pressure is reduced to be consistent with the lubricating oil outlet pressure. The Bernoulli equation is used to determine the orifice diameter to solve the oil pressure fluctuation problem.
