摘要
焊接后的阵列天线类零件具有材料软、易粘刀的特点,而根据工艺需求需要干切削,给加工造成极大困难。基于此,从机床、刀具、冷却方式数控程序编程等方面进行综合阐述,提出了加工此类零件的方法。
Array antenna parts after welding have the characteristics of soft material and easy sticking, and dry cutting is required according to the process requirements, which causes great difficulty in processing. Based on this, from the aspects of machine tools, tools, cooling mode NC program programming, etc., the method of processing such parts is proposed.
