摘要
介绍了利用数字图像处理的方法对电路板布线进行检测的设计方案,即采用TMS320C6748 DSP作为主控CPU,实现对摄像头和步进电机的控制,完成图像处理算法,通过DSP与ARM的通信,在触摸屏上实现人机交互。同时,简要提出进一步优化的方案,确定了在较为理想环境下基于数字图像处理的电路板检测方案。
The design scheme of circuit board wiring detection using digital image processing method is introduced, which uses TMS320C6748 DSP as the main control CPu, realizes the control of the camera and step motor, completes the image processing algorithm, and realizes the human and machine interaction on the touch screen through the communication between DSP and ARM. At the same time, the scheme of further optimization is briefly proposed, and a circuit board detection scheme based on digital image processing in a more ideal environment is determined.
