正压燃油回路在挖掘机上的使用研究

摘要 提出了正压燃油回路的解决方案,通过该回路的引入,能够有效杜绝空气混入,抑制碳颗粒的产生,进而降低部件磨损和卡滞;通过设计制作可视化模板的展示,可以清楚地看到正压燃油回路的排气效果。最后从现场故障率统计分析,正压燃油回路引入后,明显降低了故障率,达到了设计的预期效果。 In this paper, the solution of the positive pressure fuel loop is proposed. Through the introduction of the circuit, the air mixing can be eliminated effectively, the production of carbon particles can be suppressed, and then the wear and stagnation of the components can be reduced. Through the display of the visual template designed and made, the exhaust effect of the positive pressure fuel back road can be clearly seen. After the introduction of the positive pressure fuel circuit, the failure rate is obviously reduced, and the expected effect of the design is achieved.
