摘要
数控机床正朝着高速、高精、高稳定性的方向发展。进给系统作为数控机床的核心部件之一,其定位精度、精度保持性以及整个系统的刚度和稳定性对机床加工性能至关重要。鉴于此,对数控机床进给系统进行规范的方案设计以及选型计算,具有重要的工程参考意义。
CNC machine tools are developing towards high speed, high precision and high stability. As one of the core components of nc machine tool, the positioning accuracy, precision retention, rigidity and stability of the whole system are very important to machine tool processing performance. in view of this, it has important engineering reference significance to carry out the standard scheme design and model selection calculation for the feed system of NC machine tools.
