摘要
针对双轮模轮胎硫化机结构设计进行分析,并对结构优化设计进行介绍。探讨了ANSYS和导重准则结合优化法,内容包括:导重法优化,使用ANSYS求结构相应的差分敏度。最后总结了优化迭代历程,内容包括:横梁最小化挠度优化设计,横梁最小化结构重量优化设计,底座优化设计。希望通过对这些内容的分析,能够为双模轮胎硫化机结构的优化设计提供一定帮助。
Aiming at the structural design of dual wheel tyre vulcanizing machine, the structural optimization design is analyzed. The ANSYS and the guided weight criterion combined optimization method are discussed. The contents include: guided weight optimization, and using ANSYS to find the corresponding sensitivity of the structure. Finally, the optimization iteration process is summarized, including the minimization of deflection optimization of beams, the optimization of beam weight minimization, and the optimization design of the base. it is hoped that the analysis of these contents will help to optimize the structure design of dual tire vulcanizing machine.
